The original antibody was isolated by in vitro selection a VHH using cDNA display with an artificial synthesized library without animal immunization.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used to detect human survivin using ELISA. The Kd of R7-A was measured by ELISA and SPR. The analysis showed that the affinity of R7-A toward survivin was on the order of 10^-7 to 10^-8 M (PMID: 30119893).
