The original antibody was raised by immunizing BALB/c mouse with T cell leukemia cell line HPB-All. This antibody was later humanized to get the final antibody.
Application Notes
This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on human PBL T cells, here it stained about 3% of total human PBL T cells. This antibody was used for flow cytometry on HPB cells (US5861155A).
