The original antibody was raised by immunizing mice with thyroglobin.
Application Notes
The original version of this antibody was used for a western blot on total proteins from mouse thyroid follicular epithelial cells, mouse PBLs, and pituitary gland, thyroid and spleen tissues (Liu et al., 2019; PMID:30942410). To study hyperthyroidism in canines a western blot was performed on canine total thyroid proteins using this antibody (Tani et al., 2003; PMID:14600340).
