Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. This antibody was used for the detection of TLR3 by immunohistochemistry (McCartney et al., 2011; PMID: 21403398). This antibody was used for detection of TLR3 expressed on RAW274.7 cells by flow cytometry (Njoroge et al., 2018; PMID: 30587965).
