Application Notes | This antibody, when fluorochrome-conjugated, has been used to achieve intracellular IL-9 staining of T cells, analysed using flow cytometry (Chang et al, 2010; Kim et al, 2010; Horka et al, 2012; Gomez-Rodriguez et al, 2016). This antibody has also been used in a sandwich ELISA to measure IL-9 secretion in supernatants collected from restimulated T cells (Jager et al, 2009). |
