Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The original format of the antibody showed a cytotoxic effect on CD206-positive M2 macrophages in biological tissues. In particular, it showed a significant decrease in CD206-positive M2 macrophages in the visceral fat and subcutaneous fat by FACS analysis. When the original format of the antibody was administrated to mice under a high-fat diet, it showed an improvement in the glucose tolerance disorder and insulin resistance (WO2022244854A).
