Description
FCGRT Human Recombinant is a glycosylated, polypeptide chain conteining 2 fragments: FCGRT (24-297aa) having a total 280 a.a and a a molecular weigh of 31.1kDa & B2M (21-119 aa) having a total 99 a.a and a a molecular weigh of 11.7kDa. FCGRT is fused to a 6 a.a his-Tag at C-terminus and is purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Formulation
The FCGRT solution (0.25mg/ml) contains 10% Glycerol and Phosphate-Buffered Saline (pH 7.4).
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 95.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
