Description
LAT Human Recombinant produced in E.coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 227 amino acids (28-233) and having a molecular mass of 24.4 kDa (Molecular weight on SDS-PAGE will appear higher). LAT is fused to a 21 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Introduction
LAT is a vital membrane protein that is phosphorylated by ZAP-70/Syk protein tyrosine kinases succeeding activation of the T-cell antigen receptor (TCR) signal transduction pathway. LAT is expressed in T lymphocytes in interstitial spaces, platelets and megakaryocytes.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Formulation
The LAT solution (1mg/ml) contains 20mM Tris-HCl buffer (pH 8.0) and 1mM DTT.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
