NUBP2 Human Recombinant produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 294 amino acids (1-271 a.a) and having a molecular mass of 31.2kDa. NUBP2 is fused to a 23 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Introduction
Nucleotide Binding Protein 2, also known as NUBP2 is an adenosine
triphosphate (ATP) as well as metal-binding protein which is essential for the
assembly of cyotosolic iron-sulfur
proteins. NUBP2 performs in a
heterotetramer with nucleotide-binding protein 1 (NUBP1). Moreover,
alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants have been found
for NUBP2.

Sterile Filtered colorless solution.
Formulation
NUBP2 protein solution (0.5mg/ml) containing Phosphate buffered saline (pH7.4), 50% glycerol and 1mM DTT.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. For long term storage it is recommended to add a carrier protein (0.1% HSA or BSA). Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 90.0% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
