Description
RGS19 produced in E.Coli is a single, non-glycosylated polypeptide chain containing 237 amino acids (1-217a.a.) and having a molecular mass of 26.7kDa. RGS19 is fused to a 20 amino acid His-tag at N-terminus & purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Introduction
RGS19 is a member of RGS (regulator of G protein signaling) family and negatively regulates G protein coupled receptor signaling. RGS19 protein specifically cooperates with heterotrimeric GTP-binding protein G alpha i3 (GAI3).

The RGS19 protein solution (0.5mg/1ml) is formulated in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH7.4) and 10% Glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Please avoid freeze thaw cycles.
