Description
SNRPD Human Recombinant produced in SF9 insect cells, is a mixed protein complex containing the SNRPD1 (16 kDa), SNRPD2 (18 kDa) and SNRPD3 (18 kDa) proteins. Each protein (SNRPD1+ SNRPD2+ SNRPD3) is individually fused to a -6xHis tag at N-terminus and purified by proprietary chromatographic techniques.

Formulation
SNRPD is supplied in 20mM HEPES buffer pH-7.5, 400mM NaCl and 20% glycerol.
Stability
Store at 4°C if entire vial will be used within 2-4 weeks. Store, frozen at -20°C for longer periods of time. Avoid multiple freeze-thaw cycles.
Purity
Greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
