This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with a fusion protein amino acids 395- 518 of human INPP4b (also known as Type II inositol-3,4-bisphosphate 4-phosphate.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of INPP4b by western blot and immunocytochemistry. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect INPP4b by western blot in extracts of COS cells transiently transfected with GFP-tagged INPP4b or untagged Kv2.1 plasmid.
