This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with a synthetic peptide amino acids 269-285 (CKDWHVSGSIQKNTHYM, extracellular N-terminus) of human TRPML3.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for the detection and analysis of TRPML3 by western blot. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect TRPML3 byu western blot in : extracts of rat brain membranes (RBM) and of COS cells transiently transfected with HA-tagged mouse and human TRPML3 (mTRPML3 and hTRPML3) or untagged Kv2.1 plasmid.
