Specificity
This antibody is specific for the synaptotagmin-10 protein. The antibody does not cross-react with Synaptotagmin-6 or Synaptotagmin-3. Synaptotagmin-10 is a Ca2+ sensor specifically required for the Ca2+-dependent exocytosis of secretory vesicles containing IGF1 in neurons of the olfactory bulb.`
