Specificity
This antibody is specific for Flrt3 epitope: amino acids 29-526. There is no cross-reactivity against Flrt1 or Flrt2. Flrt3 functions in cell-cell adhesion, cell migration and axon guidance, exerting an attractive or repulsive role depending on its interaction partners.

This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with Flrt3 epitope: amino acids 29-526 (extracellular domain) of mouse Flrt3.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of flrt3 by immunocytochemistry. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect flrt3 by immunocytochemistry in COS cells expressing Myc-tagged Flrt3.
