Immunogen
This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with a synthetic peptide amino acids 1501-1518 (TEEQKKYYNAMKKLGSKK, cytoplasmic loop between repeat III and IV) of human Nav1.1.
Application Notes
This antibody is recommended for detection and analysis of Nav1 Na+ channel by immunocytochemistry, immunohistochemistry and western blot. For instance, the mouse version of this antibody was used to detect nav1 Na+ channel by western blot in fractions of adult rat brain membranes and extracts of COS or HEK cells transiently or stably expressing different untagged Nav1.X or Kv2.1 plasmid.
