Immunogen
This antibody was raised by immunising BALB/c mice with a synthetic peptide amino acids 1501-1518 (TEEQKKYYNAMKKLGSKK, cytoplasmic loop between repeat III and IV) of human Nav1.1.
Application Notes
This antibody was used for western blotting on adult rat brains (Gong et al, 2016; PMID:26644354). Immunocytochemistry on rat neurons was preformed with this antibody (Hefting et al, 2020; PMID:32116557) (Solé et al, 2019; PMID:30914445).
