The specificity of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The original format of the antibody co-immunoprecipitated purified Ac-Integrase. The original format of the antibody inhibited the viral infectivity on HeLa cells infected with an HIV virus. The original format of the antibody detected Ac-integrase by western blot analysis (US11137393B2).
