Application Notes
The specificity of the antibody for BSW17 was determined by ELISA analysis. The antibody was able to induce the production of anti-mimic antibodies in vivo. After the second booster immunization of the antibody preparation, all mice produced antibodies against the mock antibody. The binding affinity of the antibody to IgE was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 5.0±2.2 nM for Myeloma IgE and Kd= 6.0±1.8 nM for SUS-11IgE). Vaccination of rhesus monkeys by the antibody could inhibit passive skin allergy reaction (CN1268644C).
