The original antibody was isolated by panning a phage display library against C1qR.
Application Notes
When the antibody was used in cell line staining, leukemia AML cell line Nohno 1 and leukemia AML clinical specimen shows a strong positive property. Furthermore, if the antibody was added in the process of growing the leukemia cell line, a rapid aggregation of cancer cells was confirmed, even at low antibody concentrations (US9388249B2).
