The antibody was generated using C57BL/6N mouse T cell lymphoma EL4 cell line as antigen.
Application Notes
CD28-positive murine T cell line EL4 cells were stained with the antibody and analyzed by flow cytometry (US20040116675A1). Protein lysates from J558 were immunoprecipitated with the antibody (Rozanski et al., 2015; PMID: 25833397). Anti-CD28-PV1-IgG3 is the hamster-mouse chimeric version of the antibody. The antibody enabled long-term survival of heart allografts in rats by reducing the activation of alloantigen-mediated key signaling events in T cells (Jang et al. 2008; PMID: 18408588).
