The original antibody was isolated from a semi-synthetic phage library by panning against human CD46 expressed on the surface of B cells.
Application Notes
The binding affinity of the original format of the antibody to CD46 was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 2.2×10^8 M). The antibody could bind to LS174T cells, as determined by FACS (US10934571B2).
