The original antibody was raised by immunizing mice with human breast cancer-derived cell line PMC 42.
Application Notes
The original version of this antibody was used for a western blot gel-separated extracts from various cultured cells (Lauerová et al., 1988; PMID：2461901). This antibody was used for immunofluorescence on various human cultured cells (Lauerová et al., 1988; PMID：2461901). This antibody was also used for immunohistochemistry on human kidney and urethra (Lauerová et al., 1988; PMID：2461901), and on cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (Smedts et al., 1994; PMID：7524976).
