Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing a mouse with cytokeratins from the Human bladder carcinoma cell line T24.
Application Notes
The antibody detected Cytokeratin 18 by western blot analysis. The antibody reacted with endocervical columnar cells, cervical immature squamous metaplasia and CINIII by immunohistochemistry (Smedts et al., 1990; PMID： 1690513). The antibody stained transitional cell carcinomas of the urinary tract of different grade and stage (Schaafsma et al., 1990; PMID： 1689541).
