This antibody was raised by immunising Biozzi mice with KLH conjugates of diuron haptens I- III.
Application Notes
In ELISA analysis, this antibody binds to diuron I-BSA (Karu et al, 1994). This antibody is highly specific for diuron, and shows 3.2% or less cross-reactivity with linuron, monuron and fenuron relative to diuron (Karu et al, 1994).
