Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing 6-week old female ICR mice with recombinant E Cadherin-F protein in Freund's incomplete adjuvant.
Application Notes
The binding specificity of this antibody for human E cadherin was determined using ELISA. This antibody can recognize recombinant E-cadherin in a western blot. This antibody along with another anti-E cadherin antibody NCH-38 was used in the immunohistochemical staining of breast cancer tissues.
