Immunogen
The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c mice with IL-1 activated human endothelial cells.
Application Notes
The F(ab')2 fragment of this antibody showed dose-dependent inhibition of cells activated with IL-1 beta, cells used were human granulocytes. The antibody binds to IL-1 activated human endothelial cells (HEC) but not significantly to normal resting HEC.
