The original antibody was generated by immunizing BALB/c female mice with head and neck squamous carcinoma cell lines, such as CA922 (Japanese Collection of Research Bioresources (JCRB), Shinjuku, Japan) and HSC4 (JCRB, Shinjuku, Japan).
Application Notes
The humanized version of the antibody exhibited strong specific binding to both human tumor cell lines and Vero cells by flow cytometry. Experiments showed the antibody is agonistic to EGFR (US20160017053A1).
