Specificity
The antibody is specific for estrogen receptor ER-α36. The estrogen receptor ER-α36 is an estrogen receptor subtype mainly expressed on the cell membrane; it mediates the non-genomic estrogen signal pathway, and can inhibit the traditional estrogen signal pathway. It plays a vital role in the occurrence and development of diseases. For example its expression level is closely related to some biological indicators of cancer.
