ELISA was preformed on FAPY-A-BSA using this antibody to asses the binding of this clone (US9884920B2). Immunohistochemical analysis of fish tissue (English sole) was preformed using antibodies specific for ROS-induced DNA lesions. This coone was shown to be specific for ROS-induced DNA lesions (US9884920B2).
