This antibody was raised by panning a human phage display library against FGF-2.
Application Notes
The original antibody was used for an ELISA on FGF-2 to test its specificity. This antibody was tested in vitro on HUVEC cells, it showed it was able to inhibit proliferation of these cells further, it showed it was able to inhibit tube formation. Finally this antibody was tested on the glioma cells U87MG, here it showed it was also able to inhibit the growth of tumor cells (CN102558351B).
