The original antibody was generated by immunizing Balb/c mice with fusion protein amino acids 862-913 (cytoplasmic C-terminus) of human GABABR2.
Application Notes
This antibody can be used for IB, ICC, and IHC (RRID: AB_2877276). Independently, it was used for WB (Pacey et al., 2011; PMID: 21215802, 21636656) (Kang et al., 2017; PMID: 28213518) and bioorthogonal non-canonical amino acid tagging - proximity ligation assay (BONCAT-PLA) (Workman et al., 2015; PMID: 25560757).
