KM mice which express human antibody genes were immunised with purified recombinant heparanase antigen. The mouse splenocytes were fused to a mouse myeloma cell line, and the resulting hybridomas were then screened for the production of heparanase-specific antibodies.
Application Notes
ELISA confirmed the specificity of 22D9 for heparanse. SPR determined the Kd of 22D9 interaction with heparanase as 2.5x10^9 M^-1.
