Immunogen
The original antibody was generated from the peripheral B lymphocytes from a multiparous female (SN) who had developed anti-HLA-A2 and anti-HLA-B17 Abs following two pregnancies mismatched for these HLA class I allospecificities.
Application Notes
This antibody was used in the flow cytometric analysis of HLA class I antigen expression levels on Lymphoblastoid cell lines and class I deficient mutant cells (PMID: 9820600).
