The binding of the original version of this antibody (VHH) to IL12RB1 was characterized in an SPR (KD 0.23 nM) and ELISA (IC50 0.22 and 0.1 nM for IL-12 and IL-23, respectively). In its bi-specific constructs with Ab04387 (Anti-CD4 [3F11]), it served a functional role (US20220242958).
