Application Notes
The screening of this antibody for binding infectious bronchitis virus was done using indirect ELISA. This antibody is an affinity matured version of the original parent ZL.80 derived by a point mutation in the heavy chain variable region by substituting ValH108Tyr (Lin et al., 2011).
