Immunogen
The original antibody was raised by immunization of 3 BALB/c mice using two peptides derived from the ECD region of the LSR protein as follows: peptide 1: KSFCRDRIADAFSPASVD, and peptide 2: CQDSVRTVRVVATKQGNA.
Application Notes
This antibody was analyzed by flow cytometry (FACS) using HEK293T transfected cells over expressing the various LSR proteins (US20140294765A1). ELISA using the human LSR fusion protein was performed on this antibody (US20140294765A1). Immunohistochemistry with this antibody was performed on HEK293T expressing LSR and, pRp ‘Empty Vector’ cells and full-face tissue sections of normal liver, tumour liver, breast tumour and ovarian tumour (US20140294765A1). This antibody was used as a neutralizing antibody against tumors over expressing LSR proteins (US20140294765A1).
