Immunogen
The original antibody was selected by biopanning with a scFv phage library performed on solid-phase recombinant MET928.
Application Notes
The scFv fragment showed inhibition of HGF/SF induced migration of SKOV cells. In particular, the scFv fragment had an IC50 of 2.3 nM in the SKOV migration assay. The binding affinity of the scFv fragment to MET928 was measured by surface plasmon resonance (Kd= 3.6 nM). In a competition ELISA, binding of 2.5 nM of the Fab version of the antibody to a MET928-coated surface was inhibited by 15 μM and 5 μM NK1 (US20150147274A1).
