Immunogen
The original antibody was raised by immunizing Alpaca with human MET antigen.
Application Notes
The original antibody was used for an ELISA on human, mouse and monkey MET antigen. It showed binding to all of them. It was shown that this antibody is able to block HGF in vitro. The cytotoxicity of this antibody conjugated to MMAE was determined in vitro, it is shown that the antibody drug conjugate is cytotoxic to different tumor cell lines. This antibody was used in vivo on mouse with xenograft tumors made from HCT116 cells, it was shown to effectively inhibit tumor growth (CN117659203B).
