The original antibody was raised by immunizing a mouse with the ZR-75-1 breast cancer cell line.
Application Notes
The original antibody was used for an ELISA on different peptides of MUC-1 both glycosylated and unglycosylated, here they determined the epitope of the antibody (Karsten et al., 2004; PMID:15115750, Matsushita et al., 2014; PMID:24246952).
