Application Notes
The antibody specifically detected NAPSIN A in Western blot analysis. The antibody 21A5 and the commercial antibody TMU-AD02 were used to stain lung adenocarcinoma. Results showed that the staining intensity of the antibody 21A5 is higher than the commercial antibody, indicating that the antibody is specific to the tumor tissue, and the sensitivity and affinity are higher than the commercial antibody (CN108467433B).
