Application Notes
The structure of the original antibody was determined using x-ray crystallography (Gokulan et al., 2005; PMID:16026161, Guddat et al,. 1994; PMID:7893280). The antibody was used for a radioimmunoassay on N-(p-cyanophenyl)-N'-(diphenylmethyl) guanidineacetic acid to determine the pH sensitivity of antibody binding (Viswanathan et al., 1995; PMID:8519975).
