The original scFv antibody was selected from a human library prepared from the spleen of a PUU-immune individual by panning against the nucleocapsid protein of Puumala virus.
Application Notes
Immunofluorescence was performed on Vero E6 cells infected with PUU using this antibody. The antibody showed a strong reactivity against PUU-N in EIA (Salonen et al., 1998; PMID: 9568958).
