The original antibody was isolated from a phage antibody library by panning against P- selectin.
Application Notes
The specificity of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. In vivo experiments using the mouse model of rheumatoid arthritis (CIA) showed that the severity of arthritis was significantly lower in animals treated with the antibody (CN101456912A).
