PB1.3
From
Recombinant Antibody
Specificity
PB1.3 recognizes human P-selectin. It reacts with human recombinant P-selectin and purified P- selectin, as well as with P-selectin on thrombin-activated platelets. In contrast, it does not cross-react with recombinant E- or L-selectin. P-selectin is a Ca2+-dependent receptor for myeloid cells that binds to carbohydrates on neutrophils and monocytes. Mediates the interaction of activated endothelial cells or platelets with leukocytes.
