The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with PD-L1, followed by antibody library construction and phage display-based selection against PD-L1.
Application Notes
The binding affinity of the antibody to PD-L1 was measured by surface plasmon resonance. The antibody had good activity in blocking the binding of PD-L1 to PD-1 and PD-L1 to B7-1 is shown by ELISA analysis.
