The original antibody was originated by immunizing mice with PstS1 from Mycobacterium tuberculosis.
Application Notes
The specificity of the IgG2a format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected recombinant PstS1 by western blot analysis (Foreman et al., 2021; PMID: 34415957).
