The original antibody was generated by immunizing mice with human PVRIG linked to a human IgG Fc region.
Application Notes
The original version and the humanized version antibody were able to inhibit PVRIG activity and signaling. The binding of the original format or the humanized version of the antibody to PVRIG decreased PVRL2 activity, as shown by FACS analysis on HEK-293T cells transfected with hPVRIG (WO2018017864A3).
