Specificity
This antibody binds the human ROR1. ROR1 is a type I membrane protein and belongs to the ROR subfamily of cell surface receptors. It is a pseudo kinase that lacks catalytic activity. Receptor tyrosine kinase ROR1 plays an essential role in embryogenesis and is overexpressed in many types of malignant tumors. Antibody-based immunotherapies targeting ROR1 have been developed and evaluated in preclinical and clinical studies with promising outcomes.

Application Notes
The original human IgG1 version of this antibody binds human ROR1 protein with a binding affinity of Kd= 4.9 nM. This antibody can be used for the detection of human ROR1 using flow cytometry (CN104817642).
