Application Notes
The specificity of the original format of the antibody was confirmed by ELISA analysis. The antibody detected Siglec-7 by western blot analysis. The binding affinity of the antibody to Siglec was measured by surface plasmon resonance (KD = 7.150×10^ -10 M) (CN106831989A).
